The Owner Portal is a one-stop-shop for all items related to the property! You can use the portal to communicate with us and access the following:
- View Account Activity
- Access Reports and Financial Statements ( monthly and yearly statements, bills, maintenance requests, and owner draws)
- Request Assistance
- Receive Notifications from Real Property Management
- Find Information for Tax Return Purposes
You can change several account settings including your E-mail address or Bank account information. It also includes valuable documents that will help you during the entire process. We also E-mail you periodic alerts so you know that a new item has been posted to the portal and you can therefore login and view it.
In the future, you may access your Owner Portal by using the link below or visiting us at www.ChiPropertyManagement.com and clicking on the Owner Portal link. Your E-mail address will be your username for login and your personal password.
