Insufficient Funds Notice

What are the reasons for this notice?

Payments have been returned for insufficient funds or for a bad account. (Possibly the tenant may have entered incorrect account information while making the payment.)

* Please note that we are informing the tenants of this and will be taking appropriate action depending on the issue. You will receive another e-mail as soon as another payment has been submitted. These funds may be deducted from the balance of your account until replacement funds are received from the tenant- we will contact you in order to ensure that your account has a positive or at least, a zero balance.
