Pending Deposit to Account

Once you have logged in and sync your details in the portal, you'll be receiving all the notifications regarding all the p ayments, work orders, notices, maintenance, etc.

Real Property Management will send an email in regards to the pending deposit of the owner draw to the account. The email composes the Payment Date , Paid to , Amount , Payment Method , Deposit account, and Comments.

Underwriting requirements meant that owners' draws would take 5 BUSINESS DAYS to be deposited to your account after we initiated an owner draw. We have upgraded our ACH platform and carrier so that owner draws will now be deposited in 1 BUSINESS DAY AND THIS ADDITIONAL SERVICE WILL STILL BE AT $0 COST TO YOU.
