Owner Contribution

An owner contribution is an inflow of cash to a rental property from a rental owner.

Is it necessary? Every property management requires a balance. We're making everything easier and it also saves time.

We usually ask owners to do owners' contributions for us to proceed with the service request.

Why? Instead of withholding the rent, the owner can make an owner contribution to cover the property.

How can owners make a contribution in their portal?

• They must logged in with their portal. They will be directed in the “My Dashboard”, in the lower right, they will see the “New Contribution” button, clicked it and they will be directed to another page.

• After clicking button, this page will popped up and the owners need to fill the details needed to proceed sending amount.

NOTE: Please take into consideration that the settlement of your payment will take 3 to 5 business days.
