How to use the Owner Portal?

Owner Portal is a special area of your property manager’s website that is designed to provide you with real-time information regarding your rental properties. The Owner Portal provides you with access to information and services for your rental property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Owner Portal allows you to:

• View your statements and reports online.
• Communicate with the management team.
• View alerts for unpaid bills.
• Approve or reject work orders.
• Update contact information.
• Add a payment profile for electronic debits and credit

The portal can be accessed on our website https://www.chipropertymanagement.com/areas-we-serve/park-ridge and then by clicking on the Owner Login tab on the right. https://www.chipropertymanagement.com/owners

Note: Your Username is the email address you provided us and if you do not have a password, you may easily request one by clicking Forgot Password at the login screen or by contacting us.
