First Notice of Lease Expiration

This notification is to inform you that your lease will be expiring soon.

The details of your current lease include the Building Name, Unit Name, Lease Start Date, and Lease Expiration Date.

Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to renew your lease. We would be glad to work with you for a renewal if you are interested and provided you do qualify- please contact us and we will easily be able to inform you of qualifications.

If you do not plan to renew this lease, please notify us immediately. Be aware that if you do not elect to renew the Lease, you are required to submit a 60-day written Notice to Vacate. This can be done by logging in to the Tenant Portal and clicking the "Give Notice" button or by emailing/mailing us your intention to not renew. Additionally, if you choose not to renew and intend on moving out, please note that you must be fully vacated, the property must be clean and the keys must be dropped at our office by noon on the Lease-End date (designated move out day) or the next business day if the Lease-End date falls on a weekend or public holiday. Additional charges will be assessed to your ledger if this is not done.
