Once we have finished the work order, we will send you a notification that the service request was already Closed and marked as Complete .
Service requests are normally closed once the service technician informs us once the work is completed or if we have received a duplicate service request whereby one may be marked as closed. Please do inform us if you feel that the work order has been incorrectly marked as closed and we will ensure it is re-opened and reviewed right away- your absolute satisfaction is of utmost importance to us!
Details include Service Request Number, Specific Location, Description.
