Resident Direct VISA Convenience Fee Change

Effective September 17, 2021, the VISA card will be charging to 2.99% of rent charges or $1.50 when making a rent payment.

You won't need to do anything. Just note that your automatic payment will continue as scheduled, and the new service fee will take effect on your next scheduled payment date.
